Review on Kose Kokutosei Gel

Recently Kose Cosmeport had come out a new series of Kokutosei (黒糖精). The concept of the product about fermented black sugar. They believed fermented product are super food especially black sugar is good for the face. They claim that the products moistures and plump up the skin without leaving your skin oily. There are two products in this series Kokutosei Fermentation Extract Face Lotion Toner and Kokutosei Black Sugar Essence Moisturizing Gel.

Well , i bought this Gel 2 weeks ago, now i decided to discard the gel. It has a very strong alcohol scent when i apply it on my face. At the beginning i just ignore the alcohol smell and continue to use it and it does absorb into my skin really fast. There is no stickiness on my face. I use twice per day after i cleanse my face. This product do not moisture my skin even it dry up really fast maybe the alcohol react it. Now my face has a sensation burning feelings, red patch all over my forehead and cheek. I'm not gonna purchase this products again.

Review: Suntory Milcolla Collagen Powder

Second Generation Suntory Milcolla Collagen~~~

Ladies will scream for collagen especially the good one.. All the while i'm consuming Shiseido Collagen but this time i want to try a new collagen after i watch a Taiwanese Beauty Talk Show.. They highly recommend The second generation Suntory Milcolla Collagen.. The ingredients consist of collagen peptides which are smaller than the usual collagen powder in the market, and Vitamin C which can help you to build immunity. Good for mixing with your daily tea or coffee and can act as a creamer. Also, it is said to taste much better after adding Milcolla to soy bean milk !

What so good about the second generation?
5000mg collagen ---> High Concentrated PO. OG 5000mg Collagen
Milcolla ---> Mil Ceramide 1200ug (HIGHER MOISTURE)

Result:
After a week, my skin does feel different.. It brighten my skin and i feel my skin (face, body, hand...) more supple (Plump up or i should say firm up). Compare to Shiseido Collagen Powder, i prefer Suntory Milcolla Second Generation. Their collagen low fat and high in moisture.. Who does not want a glowing skin... The most important thing is taste.. I would like to say it taste much more like a creamer because i usually add into my hot coffee every morning... it goes well.. YUMMY.. I'm glad that i can say GOODBYE to my Constipation.. It does help on my bowel movement.. I am not sure wether it works on your bowel movement.. so why don't you give it a try?

Review on PREMIUM PUReSA Hyaluronic Beauty Mask

Again, shop at the drug store i found this mask was highly recommended by ar magazine.. So i just grab it since the weather is super dry now.. It is winter in Japan, i need to keep my skin supple... feed my skin lots of water-- hyaluronic acid...

Itoh EX Placenta Review

This time i want to make a review on ITOH EX PLACENTA. Itoh Kanpo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. 
( http://www.itohkampo.co.jp/global/eng/ ) is a Japanese company which produce supplement. Their Placenta are famous among Japanese ladies and the price is reasonable compare to other Placenta supplement. I did not purchase the powder type because i'm busy with my kids.. i need something convenient..

This bottle is 1 month supplement. The placenta does not contained any unpleasant smell. Actually it has a little sweet smell (i think is like a flower scent) and easy to swallow with water. The Placenta is deprived from PIGS in Japan. So it is safe and 100% made in Japan.






Ingredient: Placenta extract 200mg / Collagen peptide 300mg / Hyaluronic acid ( low molecular ) 5mg / Ceramide 200μg / CoQ10 3mg

Chulip Lip Balm

Rohto company has come out 2015 NEW Chulip Lip Balm total 3 colors.. Vivid pink, Sweet Pink and Peach Pink.. I did not bought all the 3 colors, i chose sweet pink and it smells like strawberry ( according to my husband ).

New Chulip in new shape as well.. Well i bought it around 700yen.. i don't think i'm able to finish the lip Balm as i love to try new things and the lip balm is huge.. worth for the price...

Minon Amino Moist Mask Review

Hythiol-C Premiere Whitening Pill ~~~

Hello everyone, it been a busy year for me.. stop blogging half year.. well, summer has come to end... and i want to show whitening pills.... It is Hythiol-C Premiere...hohoho.. Setsubun 節分

In Japan, we ate EHO-Maki  on February 3, this day we called setsubun day節分の日 which is the day before the beginning the spring. It was accompanied by a special ritual called as mamemaki豆撒き to cleanse away the evil spirits and diseased of the year. While throwing the beans in the house we said ONI SOTO! FUKU WA UCHI 鬼そと！福は内! which mean DEMONDS OUT! LUCK IN! This is a commond household practice in Japan.. My girl was enjoyed throwing the beans around the house, while i busy pick up the beans.. Hopefully luck will come to my family this year..

EHO MAKI is a Kansai region traditional (the area aroud Osaka and Kyoto) which later adapt to Kanto region (Tokyo area). They are sold everywhere, especially at the convenient stores or u can reserved at any sushi restaurant before few weeks. Why they are different with the regular Sushi?
- Eho Maki must contains seven ingredients because seven is a lucky number.
- It must not be cut (cut means cut off your luck).
- Facing the lucky direction when you eat it (do not stop mean chuck the whole maki in to your mouth), the direction changes every year. Make sure you get your compass..

Tomato rice

Recently many people using rice cooker to cook tomato rice... I decided to give it a try.. It doesn't surprise me at all..Just a normal tomato rice... Not as they describe so yummy..So I add in some curry powder and baked with cheese... 

All you need is rice cooker

1 cup of rice

1 large tomato

1 teaspoon of olive oil

A pinch of salt and black pepper

( the tomato head facing down ) I forgot to turn my tomato upside down... 

You can add some sausages or any other ingredients..

SKII Cellumination Aura Essense Review

After my first pregnancy, my skin started to pop out some ance and the most annoying thing is ance scars.. I bought this Essence when its first launched in the early spring this year in Japan.. I was hoping this product works on my ance scars.. I applied twice a day two pumps each time after Facial Treatment Essence. I do apply emulsion and sunscreen after the essence to create the maximum result. It is a very light weight essence and it absorbed into my skin very fast. Well after i finished the whole bottle, it does brightened up my face but not my ance scars.. My scars still remained the same colour..

I went to Sogo Department Store yesterday to checked on my skin condition (not SKII counter), this counter belongs to the department store and they recommend you variety brand of cosmetics. They told me SKII Cellumination Aura Essence are not effective in brightened up the ance scars, they recommended me on other products. 

Cellumination Aura Esssence that is powered by Pitera and the new active complex soft Aura White which combines the signature ingredient with Ume Extract, Pixel White, Niacinamide and De-Melano P3C. They aims to achieving skin with a gentle touch of light, through brightening skin tone and minimising spots to deliver translucent aura white skin radiating from within. 

I recommend this product to those who want to have a radiant and brighten skin tone but not for people who wish to reduce their ance scars..

Here goes again.. I grabbed a green tea soap at the drug store as the wording attracted me 3 years continuously No.1 selling brand since 2011 Jan till 2013 Dec. Since it just cost me 1000yen plus i just bought it without think twice.. This green tea soap able to brightened up your face and it is 100% natural face soap. The main 7 ingredients are Kyoto Green Tea, Collagen, Jojoba Oil, Hyaluronic Acid, Altea Extract, Olive Squalane and Ceramide to moisture and brightened up your skin..They did included milk into the soap and it is free from Paraben..

COW BRAND SOAP KYOSHINSHA CO., LTD. started their business since 1909 in Japan. They provide eco-friendly products which are gentle to the skin. It is a famous soap company in Japan as my lovely hubby who is a Japanese told me their body soap are gentle enough for newborn. 
The soap was cover up with a paper cover and it comes with a net to create milky bubble.. Yes it does create a very milky bubble and it smells great.. The green tea scent was so great and it really cleanse my face without drying it..i have a combination skin and it really does a great job on my skin.I don't think it brightened up my face because i spend most of my time at the outdoor with my lovely kiddo.. I highly recommend this product.. 

Volcanic Mud Mineral Face Soap

Its been a long long time i din't update my blog.. My daughter crashed my laptop few weeks ago.. I just bought Macbook and my hubby present me Ipad Air on Valentine's Day.. What a lucky women am i..

I bought this Volcanic mud mineral face soap yesterday at HAC drugstore.. It cost me 1890¥, it is cheaper than Obagi Foaming Face Wash..  This Volcanic Mud Mineral Face soap has continuously won the MONDE SELECTION from year 2010 till 2013.. Monde Selection is a International Institute for Quality Selections, has been developing for nearly 50years now a unique expertise to test and analyse consumer goods from all over the world to grant them an internationally renowned quality award.

They using Japan SAKURAJIMA's volcano ashes with hyaluronicacid, polyquaternium, brown sugar, aloe extract and royal jelly to make the soap. They claim that this product are using 100% natural ingredents without coloring, no preservative and paraben free..  This soap comes with the bubble net..

The soap texture is a lil bit hard, i need to use my nail to dig a small amount of the soap out as the soap are so compact then only I put it in the wet bubble net.. Surprisingly, it makes a very thick and creamy texture bubble and it cleanse my face without drying it up.. I do not feel any tightening on my skin.. I have a combination skin... I think i can use this soap more than 4 months as it just need a small amount and able to make a bouncy thick creamy texture of bubble.. and the most important thing is it really does its job.. i feel my skin smoother after using it.. Japan Obagi Active Base Makeup Remover review

Have you come across Obagi Japan line? I search on the internet i couldn't find a English page for Obagi Japan line but it comes out another type of obagi skin care range on the english web page. I think Obagi Japan line is base on Asian skin and the other side is based on western country skin. I'm cant find any make up remover on the English web page as well.. i think its only available in Japan.

This is my second bottle of Obagi Active Base Face Make Up remover. The reason i repurchased this product is because it removes the impurities and make up from my face without leaving the oily texture after washing with water. First, i washed my hand and towel dry it. Then i will have two pumps of the oil and gently massage all over my face. Secondly, i will put small amount of water on my hand then slowly massage my face again. When the oil mixed with water it dissolve very fast and turn into a white texture then only i will wash my face with cleanser. The price is reasonable for me, it just cost me 2625 Japanese Yen. They claim that 1 bottle can last for 1.5 months and 2 to 3 pumps each time but for me it last for over 2 months , i used 2 pumps per day.. i highly recommend this face make up remover..

Review:La Mer Concentrated Eye cream

Hi guys, it's been awhile I stop posting review. All the pregnancy symptoms are killing me.. I can't have a good night sleep and tend to be more emo.. Can't stop my tears..now my eyes have dark circles, fine lines and puffiness.. I need to care my 1 year old daughter as well.. It is torturin me.. My eyes suddenly look so tired and dullness.. Gosh I'm still in my 20s how am I going to allow my eyes look like 40s?

While my hubby back from business trip I requested him to buy La Mer concentrated eye cream for me from the duty free shop.. Well, this eye cream is super pricey and La Mer claim that the eye cream able to last for 6 months.. The eye cream come with a applicator. I used the applicator to apply the eye cream on my eyes twice a day and it has a cooling sensation when using the applicator. Immediately i can see the result it reduce the puffiness on my eyes.. It's been a week now I'm using La Mer eye concentrated and my fine lines are reducing.. The texture of the cream are super light and yet still able to hydrate my eyes area. After apply the cream I use my forth finger to massage my eye area and it absorb immediately.It has a refreshing scent that make me feel relax. 

The ingredient of the product are Seaweed extract (source of amino acids and antioxidants); cyclopentasiloxane and glycerin (moisturize); eucalyptus extract (soothes); alfalfa and sunflower (antioxidants).

Dr. Ci Labo Placenta Jello

Yeap, is placenta..When people talk about placenta what comes into your mind? Price or result? Or you feel odd about it? No matter how to feel or how you think, Placenta successfully hit the market, especially Japan. The trend has spread to Asia country such as Malaysia, Philippine, Indonesia and Thailand. Japanese lady are truly obsessed with the beauty supplements, there are commercial everywhere and able to grab all the beauty supplement at convenient store and drugs store... 
Dr. Ci Labo Placenta Jelly

It contains three powerful beautifying compounds which is Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid and Ceramide PLUS Placenta extract 900mg (PIG Placenta not Human).. It is Rose and Peach flovour which is only 21kcal and decaffeinated.How bout the taste? Was is awful? I don't like their taste because it was too sweet and the scent was too strong compare to other brand. If you are on diet, these type of jelly will become your handy snack..low calories. 1 box contain 30 bars of jelly (1 month supplement).. 
How bout my skin? Not sure if it's made much of difference...I’ll probably have to eat bucket loads of the stuff for it to work..haha.. so will you give it a try? 

A Mask for your nail.

I bought this nail pack few days ago at the drug store.. In Japan, nail saloon are extremely expensive and i do not have extra time to spend in the saloon.. well, i need to baby sit my own child.. and honestly this pack just cost me a few hundred japanese yen. Why just dont give it a try..  While my girl is taking her nap, i'm able to lay back for awhile with my nail mask on...

There were 10 cloths cap that you put over your fingernail, they were all generous in size and only 2 for the thumb. Putting them on was a bit messy on the other hand because they have lots of serum..and a little bit drippy.

15 minutes later, i removed the cap and massage the extra serum into my nails and cuticles. I'm happy with the result because my nails did look better. It contains hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed collagen, hydrolyzed keratin and 20 types of plant extract!
